1. Introduction

Welcome to London Drainage Experts. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

2. Services Provided

London Drainage Experts offers professional drainage services including, but not limited to:

  • Emergency drain unblocking

  • CCTV drain surveys

  • High-pressure jetting

  • Sink and toilet unblocking

  • Drain repairs and relining

We serve all areas of London, Watford, and Harrow.

3. Call-Out Fees

We operate a no call-out fee policy if the customer allows us to carry out the necessary repair work during the visit.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended repair or if no work is undertaken, a £100 call-out charge will apply.

4. Deposits and Payments

  • A £50 deposit is required when booking, which represents 50% of the call-out charge.

  • The deposit is deducted from the total cost of any work carried out.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the work.

  • Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.

5. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation is available if the appointment is cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time.

  • If our engineer is already en route or within a 2-hour travel window, the £100 call-out fee (or equivalent deposit) will still apply.

  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) are non-refundable.

6. Guarantees and Liability

We do not provide guarantees for drainage issues, as these can be affected by factors outside of our control, including property condition, prior repairs, or inaccessible sections of the drainage system.
However, if an issue persists, we aim to assist wherever possible and will only charge a £100 call-out fee if further work is required.

We are not liable for indirect losses, damages, or delays arising from drainage blockages, structural faults, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Access and Safety

Customers must ensure that safe and reasonable access is available to drainage areas and work locations.
We reserve the right to refuse work if the site is unsafe or inaccessible.

8. Pricing and Quotations

All quotes are provided based on visible information and inspection results.
Any additional work required after inspection will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

9. Data Protection

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use your details only to arrange and carry out requested services.
