For emergency callouts, a minimum attendance fee may apply once the engineer is en route.

Blockages caused by misuse, foreign objects, or issues outside the treated area are not covered by any guarantee.

We do not currently offer a fixed guarantee period on all jobs, but we always aim for customer satisfaction and will investigate any issues promptly.

We take all reasonable care when carrying out drainage work.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults or damage to drainage systems.

  • Consequential or indirect losses resulting from a drainage issue.

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather or traffic).
